Do I need to be home for the site assessment?

Yes, you will need to be present for the appointment to give your installer access to the property. It can also be helpful to show the installer the location of your switchboard, and potential locations you would like your battery installed. Please note, battery locations are governed by Australian Standards, so some limitations may apply.
