By participating in this trial referral program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility - Referring Customer: You must be an existing customer of Zelora with a completed installation on your account. There is no limit on the number of eligible referrals you may make.

2. Eligibility - Referred Customer: The referred person must be a new customer of Zelora who has not previously received a quote from us or had a system installed by us. The referred person must provide your full name and the phone number linked to your account at the time they submit their enquiry, so that we can verify the referral link.

3. Rewards: Upon successful completion of the referred customer's installation of a Home Energy System or Battery retrofit, on a Subscription or Outright basis, you will receive a $500 eGift card. "Successful completion" means that the installation has been completed and all required inspections and approvals have been obtained.

4. EGift card: The eGift card is issued by True Rewards and is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, available at https://truerewards.com.au/ The eGift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned.

5. Verification: If we are unable to verify the referral link from the information provided, we will contact you to attempt to resolve the issue before any reward is withheld. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact us at hello@zelora.com.au or 1800 935 672 to request a review.

6. Privacy: By participating in this trial, you consent to us collecting your full name and phone number from your referred contact for the purpose of verifying the referral link. We will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://zelora.com.au/privacy-policy.

7. Amendment and Withdrawal: We may amend or withdraw this programme at any time without further notice to you. Any referral that has been submitted and is pending installation at the time of withdrawal or amendment will remain eligible for the reward, provided the installation is completed within 5 months of the referral.

8. General: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
