This privacy collection notice describes how Intellihub Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 626 079 614) (its capacity trading as Zelora) (Zelora) will collect and handle your personal information that you provide to us about your credit history. 

What information does Zelora collect?

We will collect information about your employment (including your employer name, tenure and payslip) and [default information]. We will collect this information directly from you. 

Why does Zelora need this information?

We need this information to assess your eligibility for our products and services, and in particular, whether you will be able to afford to make payments under the Subscription Agreement on time. If we are unable to collect some or all of this information, we may not be able to supply you with our products or services. 

How will Zelora handle your information?

Zelora will handle your personal information in accordance with the Zelora Privacy Policy. This policy contains information about how to access or correct the information we hold about you, and how to make a complaint.
