Can I use the loan on a Zelora system?

No, the loan is only available as part of the outright payment option. The NSW loan cannot be retroactively added to a purchase or used to lower subscription fees.

What are the benefits of Zelora's subscription?

Subscription allows you to get a solar and battery, or battery only, with no big upfront cost. If upfront costs are what has stopped you from purchasing in the past this is a great way to purchase your system, the $15,000 loan can be used to upgrade other energy items like an EV charger, hot water heat pumps and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Solar & Battery or Battery only subscription plans include many other benefits such as:

  • System monitoring: We'll proactively keep an eye on your system in real-time, to help it keep working at its best. If something isn’t quite right, our team can often diagnose and fix it remotely, before you even notice.
  • Energy Optimisation: You'll get access to our smart-tech that auto-switches between solar, battery & the grid based on your usage patterns and the weather forecast. Helping you save on your electricity bills.
  • The Zelora App: You get to see how your system's working for you. Track your estimated savings, energy output, battery charge level and grid usage, all in one place.
